When will my order be ready?
If your order is in stock, you can gallop on down and get same day collection! If you’re ordering in, however, please make sure you place your order by 3pm on Tuesday, we’ll have it ready for collection by Thursday/Friday of the same week.
We recommend you always wait for your order confirmation, before you set off!
Can I collect items that aren’t listed online?
Yes! We stock a wide range of products in-store that aren’t available online. If you’re after something specific, just ask, we’ll do our best to track it down for you.
Where do I collect my order?
From our store, we’ll confirm the details when we contact you.
Can someone else collect my order for me?
Yes, just let us know in advance who’ll be picking it up.
Can I cancel my Click & Collect order?
Yes, if you need to cancel your order, just get in touch with us as soon as possible. The sooner we know, the easier it is to adjust or stop the order before it arrives. We’re always happy to help, whether it’s a change of mind or something unexpected.
How long will you hold my Click & Collect order?
We’ll keep your order safe and sound for up to 7 days after it arrives in-store. If you need a little extra time, just let us know, we’re happy to be flexible where we can!
