We offer free local delivery on orders over £25, covering roughly a 10-15 mile radius from our store (sorry, not available in areas like Coventry or Hereford, but please don’t hesitate to get in touch, and we can see what we can do if your location falls outside this range!)
The minimum spend applies per yard, so it’s worth teaming up for a bulk order to make the most of it!
We strongly encourage orders to be placed by 2:30 pm on Tuesday for same-week delivery. Any orders placed after this time may not be fulfilled until the following week. For smaller purchases, free in-store collection is available, just place your order and we’ll let you know when it’s ready. When we deliver, you’ll get a friendly WhatsApp or phone update.
Your orders will be labelled so they’re easy to identify, and we’ll accommodate you as best we can, leaving them exactly where you need them.
There’s also the option to have the store come to you with our yard visits!

Is there a Minimum Spend for Delivery?

If you’re ordering for a yard, that minimum spend applies per yard, so it’s always worth teaming up for a bulk order. For smaller orders, we’d love to see you in store instead!
Can You Deliver even if I’m not There?
If both you and the yard owner are happy, we’ll gladly deliver without you being there. Your order will be left according to your instructions, and the premises will be secured.
As much information in the instructions as possible is always appreciated! For example:
- Leave in Fred’s stable
- Gates close at 6pm
- Put in pink wheelbarrow
- Watch out, Fred’s a biter!
- **** is the code for feed room and gate
Can I Collect My Order from Your Store?
Yes, you can! In-store collection is completely free but stock levels do vary, so it’s always best to get in touch first, we’ll let you know if your item is ready to pick up or needs to be ordered in.
To guarantee your order arrives for collection that same week, please place your order by 5pm on Tuesday. Orders placed by then will usually be ready to collect by Friday, before the weekend.
Can I Cancel My Order After it Has Been Dispatched?
Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel your order. We’ll do our best to accommodate cancellations before your order is delivered.
