Payment
- Payment is required at the time of ordering.
- We accept most major debit and credit cards.
- LB Loyalty rewards are not redeemable against sale items unless otherwise stated.
Delivery & Collection
- Free local delivery is available on orders over £25 per yard within a 10-15 mile radius (excluding areas such as Coventry and Hereford).
- Orders placed by 5pm Tuesday are typically delivered by Friday.
- Click & Collect is free and available for all online orders. You’ll be notified via WhatsApp or phone when your order is ready.
Returns

LB Loyalty Club
- Available for in-store and yard visit purchases.
- Earn one stamp for every £10 spent in a single transaction.
- Collect 10 stamps to receive £10 off your next purchase or a discount code for online use.
- Loyalty rewards are non-transferable and cannot be combined across accounts.
Discounts & Promotions
- Discount codes are valid for online purchases only unless otherwise stated.
- Discounts cannot be used in conjunction with other offers or on excluded items (e.g. feed, medicines, sale items).
- We reserve the right to withdraw or amend offers at any time.
