Refund Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you’re not, please refer to the following guidelines for returns and refunds:

Unwanted Goods

Unwanted items may be returned for an exchange or full refund within 28 days of purchase, provided:

• You have a valid receipt.
• The goods are unused and in their original packaging.

Faulty Goods

If your item is faulty, you may return it for an exchange or full refund within 28 days of purchase.

Website Purchases

If you receive faulty goods or incorrect items via our website:

• We will arrange collection of the affected items.
• You will be offered either a replacement or a full refund.

Change of Mind / No Longer Required

If you place an order but later decide the items are no longer required:

• You may return them within 28 days for an exchange or refund.
• In such cases, it is the customer’s responsibility to return the goods to our store.
• LB Equestrian does not offer collection for unwanted purchases.

Feed Returns

Please note: Feed must be returned within 7 days of purchase.
