We know how costly equestrian life can be, so we created LB Loyalty to give something back. It’s our way of saying thanks for your continued support. With over 470 members already enjoying the perks, LB Loyalty is more than just savings, it’s a way to celebrate our amazing community.
The loyalty scheme is only available for in-store/yard visit purchases at the moment. We are working on making this available automatically for online purchases.
Don’t worry, we will ensure you get your stamp if you make a purchase online!
FAQs
Can I use my £10 off as soon as I’ve earnt my 10th stamp?
It’s 4 points for a refusal, unfortunately. You’ll need to wait until your next shop to enjoy your £10.00 off.
Is LB Loyalty available for online orders?
We’re in the backing stage. Although it won’t happen instantly, we’ll make sure your stamps are added, just bear with us!
Can I use my £10 reward on sale items?
Red rosette for you! Yes, of course you can!
Can I combine multiple loyalty cards, or transfer from one account to another?
Whilst you can’t combine your stamps with someone else’s, there’s no time limit on when you choose to spend your £10.00 off.
Can I gain more than one stamp in 24 hours with multiple individual transactions?
Disqualified at the first fence, only one stamp can be earned per day, even if you make multiple transactions.
Can my reward balance stack after the first £10 is earnt?
Yes! You can continue to earn stamps, and save your reward balance up to any amount you’d like!
Is this an expiry date on using your reward balance?
No! You can take as long as you’d like to either save up your reward balance, or keep that first £10 from the first 10 stamps until you want to spend it.
Can I spend my reward balance anywhere else than at LB Equestrian?
Nope! The reward balance on our stamp card can only be used towards sales with LB Equestrian, and currently only in store whilst we work on it becoming available online.
Can I exchange my reward balance for “real” money, whether as cash or bank transfer, etc?
I’m afraid not. The amount of money saved on your stamp card with us remains on there, and cannot be exchanged as legal tender otherwise.
We do this out of the goodness of our hearts because we know how expensive horses can be, so we hope it helps.
